They operate over 800 service vehicles from 200 service centres across eight countries – UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and France—Pirtek has 86 regional centres across the UK and Ireland.
The challenge that Pirtek was facing was that they did not have a unified CRM or a single source of truth. Lead data was being stored in SugarCRM, marketing data was stored in Act-On and revenue data in FSM. Because of this, they were struggling to attribute Revenue to a particular customer or marketing campaign.
